Advocated for the H-1B Cap Exemption for a health system in rural Minnesota before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Hospital had never petitioned for an H-1B employee previously. Employee ... needed to immediately transfer from a cap-exempt employer to this new hospital, which was not yet granted cap exempt status. Demonstrated that the petitioner met the standards as outlined by AC21 and implementing statutes, as well as the regulations and USCIS guidance.
