The police arrested my client based on the bolo. I filed a motion to suppress all the evidence based on the vague bolo. It was denied. The case went to trial and my client was found guilty due to the drugs being found in his pocket. He was sentenced to the minimum mandatory for trafficking, 25 years. On appeal the 4th District court of Appeals found that the motion to suppress should have been granted and discharged my client on both counts and ordered his release from prison.
