Michelle DaRe

Michelle was recommended by a friend and was the 4th attorney that I hired during the 4 years that it took to complete my contentious divorce. I have also worked extensively with attorneys during my career. The thing that I liked most about working with Michelle is that, unlike many other attorneys,... she is more interested in achieving a reasonable settlement for all parties rather than going thru useless legal exercises and filings which run up the fees without accomplishing anything. She also has a personality and is actually enjoyable to talk to and work with. Although my ex-wife refused to go the mediation route, Michelle’s mediation skills were very valuable at times during the process. (BTW- knowing couples that have done mediation, I highly recommend that vs. going the divorce master route if at all possible). While she is not the cheapest lawyer you can use, she is also *not* the most expensive. Although I still hated spending the money, I felt that Michelle provided good value for the services that she provided and I highly recommend her. And oh yeah, she is very knowledgeable and competent.
