Firm was handling the administration of an estate for a high profile high net worth decedent who had estate documents designating his only known daughter as sole beneficiary. She was claiming the estate documents were executed under undue influence and that she should be included in the estate as a qualified beneficiary. A response was filed to this petition that unequivocally countered their argument and resulted in a voluntary dismissal with prejudice by the other party without the need for any further litigation.
