Client went in for repair to front axle of vehicle. Two days after car was repaired, while client was exiting the Florida turnpike, the front CV joint loosened and the front axle came off. My client n ... o longer had the ability to brake and hit head on a royal palm tree. She sustained a gash to her head, right hip pain. However, no fractures or herniations.
