In re Ransom

This 1997 Chapter 13 bankruptcy completed in 2002, but litigation with student loan giant Sallie Mae carried on for another ten years. The case was reopened twice, and traveled to the Bankruptcy Appel ... late Panel and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. After success at the appellate level, Ms. Ransom retained me to sue Sallie Mae for damages based on her overpayments on her loans.
