OUTCOME: Client was able to move forward with building

Builder client faced a lawsuit and injunction to prevent development of new homes on adjoining lots in Spokane. The plaintiff claimed that the lots had to go through a subdivision process because one ... large home previously straddled all involved lot lines. I represented the builder in the ensuing litigation where the plaintiffs' claims were rejected in Spokane Superior Court and before the City of Spokane Hearing examiner.
