OUTCOME: Successful Change of Parenting Schedule

Client's original divorce stated that he would be granted time with his daughter "as much as he wanted," however in practicality this had not been the case. He was seeking more time with his 11-year-ol ... d and wanted a more formal arrangement with his ex-wife. I filed a motion with the court to adjust parenting time, and after negotiations and an assessment by a Guardian Ad Litem, my client was granted 50% of the time with his daughter. He now has a specific schedule and clear division of holidays, school breaks, etc. He has found that the new consistency for his daughter has improved her emotional well being and has caused less friction with her mother in co-parenting.

OUTCOME: Successful Cooperative Divorce

Client came to me wanting a divorce with as little ill will generated as possible, as the couple had a two-year-old child they needed to co-parent. The couple had already determined how they would divi ... de their assets and wanted help navigating the process. I was able to draft the agreement to the satisfaction of both parties and get the divorce finalized in a matter of two months. Both parties left the courtroom feeling relieved to have resolved the situation so quickly and cooperatively. They continue to co-parent their daughter and are now able to move on with thier lives.
