I help people and businesses resolve disputes without going through the costly, lengthy and difficult process of litigation.

I am a collaborative mediator, which means that I assist people in getting to the heart of the dispute and creating alternatives for resolving the issues at hand. I am also a collaborative practioner, and utilize the team approach to resolving family, business, and estate conflicts. I encourage you to go to my website to learn more about collaborative. I offer a one hour process meeting to review with you the different choices you have in resolving a dispute, which are: 1) resolving it between yourselves; 2) resolving it using mediation; 3) resolving it collaboratively; 4) hiring litigation counsel to negotiate a settlement; and 5) litigation. I do not practice litigation here in Schuylkill County because I am employed by the Court, but I am extremely knowledgeable about it. 

I also assist people in representing themselves during a divorce. I offer estate planning, estate administration services.  I also offer deed, will and power of attorney preparation.
