Former Special Assistant to Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture. Chaired Commonwealth Agricultural Lands Condemnation Approval Board (ALCAB). Liaison to the Attorney General’s Office regarding ACRE, ASA, and the “Right to Farm” law.
