I was successful in proving that Ms. Neiman's fall was not the result of any negligence on the part of my client, and the jury found in my client's favor.

The Plaintiff, Ms. Steerman, was a passenger in a vehicle driven by her husband. Her husband rear ended a flat bed tow truck bring operated by my client, Ms. Petrowski, and owned by my client, Emch En ... terprises, Inc. Ms. Steerman alleged that Ms. Petrowski's negligent operation of the tow truck cause her husband to rear end the truck. After hearing all the evidence, the jury found in favor of both my clients.

Brotherhood alleged that the heating pipes froze as a result of a faulty installatio ... n of a rooftop air conditioning unit installed by my client, Gene's Refrigeration. I was able prove that the Gene's installation was properly performed, and that the likely cause of the problem were the actions of another contractor.

My client, Allison Kingsmill, rear ended the Plaintiff, Bratislavka Alempijevic at an intersection after coming to a stop. Ms. Alempijevic had been in a prior accident, and claimed that she could not ... differentiate the injuries she allegedly received in the first accident from from the injuries she allegedly suffered in the accident with my client. Both case were tried at the same time, and the jury awarded the Plaintiff damages for her first accident, but found in favor of my client regarding the second accident.
