I have used 2 other lawyers for my custody case, neither of them got me anywhere til I decided to go with Greg. I went to court 6 times with the first lawyer resulting in nothing but wasted money. Decided to use another lawyer for a contempt charge against my daughter's father and again lost miserabl...y. Greg is very honest with what he tells you and will always do his best to steer you in the correct direction. If your looking for someone to fight for you, he's your man.

Terrible communication between Greg and his office person Jen. Numerous calls and e-mails unanswered. Was not able to reach Greg for 4 weeks prior to a custody hearing. For that hearing, he was late. I did not get a chance to conference with him prior to that hearing even after calling and stopp...ing at the office. I lost that hearing. After discussing my concerns with Greg, the "customer service" did not improve. Greg is aggressive and has good responses however did not dedicate his time to meeting my needs. Months later my custody arrangement is still not final. Money wasted.

I went to Atty. Stuck on the advice of a lawyer whom I have only ever heard good things about. I paid Atty. Stuck $100 to write a "crabby lawyer letter" to a troublesome neighbor. He did the work. I saw it. It seems though that is was too much trouble to then actually mail it. I called 3-4 times over... the course of a few weeks so he could not claim he was on vacation, and never got a response. Pretty unbelievable but that's the way it is. You have been warned. Move along... quickly.

I found Gregory Stuck in the yellow pages and did some research on him. He seemed great. Little did I know he was out to cut my back. I came to him with my Custody and divorce case back in April 2013. I had 2 interviews with him and he did not even ask me if I wanted to hire him. He just assumed that...'s what I wanted to do and he started my divorce right away. I ended up leaving his office -$1,200. that day. He was very pushy. I called his office to see what was going on with my case and he never ever called back nor did his assistances. When we did have our first hearing. He was telling my ex-husband what to do and what my next move was. ( I know he did this so that the court hearings would be drawn out longer and I would have to pay him more.). I went home and fired him that very same day. It seemed like he was on my ex-husbands side and not my own. I was more or less paying for my ex-husbands attorney. He was very sly and conniving. He has less then moral standards. I never seen a dime back from him and come to find out he never even filed for my divorce. I would never recommend him to anyone! It was really sad to think that I could trust him when he was not even interested in fighting for me. In my book he was the poorest mistake that I have ever made in choosing my attorney.
