The City Attorney alleged Solomon's Client drove with a BAC above .08, collided with ano ... ther vehicle at the Tijuana Border, and attempted to flee into Mexico. Result: Dismissal of all charges. Solomon fought the case by arguing violations of his Client’s Constitutional right to a speedy trial and to due process of law. The City Attorney agreed to dismiss all charges.
