Ms. Shapiro returned my Saturday phone call promptly and arranged an initial meeting for Monday to accomodate my schedule. Her professionalism was impressive, and her experience in working with the judge and local police force was instrumental in her successful negotiations and handling of my son's c...ase. Her office expedited the paperwork to process the dismissal, and her fees were reasonable.
