After a bench trial, a 3rd Circuit Court Judge found him Not Guilty because the prosecutor was not able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the weapon was concealed.

Both are criminal misdemeanors. At trial, we argued the woman is mistaken and exaggerating the confrontation. Jury returned a verdict of Not Guilty on both counts. He was acquitted of both counts and not convicted of anything. Judge ordered that the police destroy his fingerprints and arrest record. He continues his job without any effect on his security clearance.

His firearm was returned to him and he was able to continue his career in the military.
