Client charged with Larceny 1,000 to 20, 000 and Unarmed Robbery. Facts: Client on a date with an older man, he wants to take her to a hotel, she says no. At the end of the night, while dropping her ... off, her phone, purse, and keys were miraculously left at his cousins house the other side of town. Client was alleged to have taken his phone and keys in order to have him return her property. At trial it came out that he was married and lived with his wife. Client did not know this until the testimony at trial. Jury took less then 15 minutes to come back Not Guilty.

Client charged with Domestic Violence a 93 day misdemeanor. A prosecution Judge. Ex-girlfriend claims she was hit in the head and knocked into the kitchen cabinets. My client testifies that he was the ... one who was punched and knocked into the cabinets. She called the cops, the 911 tape she said "he is probably going to say I hit him!" Jury took about an hour to come back with a two word verdict.

OUTCOME: Acquitted at Trial

Client going through a four year custody battle with regards to his five children, Client gains full physical custody through the courts. Mother does nothing for 9 months. Father gives liberal visitati ... on to her whenever she reasonably requests. Last March she refused to return the children after a three day weekend, keeps them the entire week. Client picks them up on Sunday after Mother had then for 10 days. Client walks in, one child is crying approaches the child, gets attached by two individuals in the home, then leaves. Mother calls the cops, client charged with Felony Home Invasion 1st (20 year felony) and two counts of Domestic Violence (93 day misdemeanors). Mother has client arrested at a custody hearing she requested. Charges reduced to Felony Home Invasion 3rd (5 year felony) by prosecutor and one count of Domestic Violence was dismissed by the Magistrate Judge. Trial begins, and after three witness charges reduced by the prosecutor to Entering without permission (90 day misdemeanor) at the conclusion of trial client fully acquitted on all charges.

Client charged with multiple felonies including second offense felony firearm a five year mandatory minimum in the state prison. Offer from Prosecutor was five years. Client was allegedly seen in h ... is driveway with a possible gun, seen officers, so he ran into the home, Officers kicked in the door arrested client and searched the home, found two guns. Clients version, seen cops outside so I walked into my home, cops busted the door down, searched my home for 45 minutes found two very old guns and charged me. I filed a motion to suppress the evidence because of an unlawful search of the Client’s home, the officers had no probable cause to enter because no crime had been committed.
