OUTCOME: Dismissal

This was a DUI case that I am particularly proud of. Not only was I able to get the criminal side of the case dismissed in its entirety because of lack of evidence, I actually won the DMV hearing for ... lack of probable cause, a much harder burden for any defense attorney given the lower burden at the DMV hearing. Needless to say, my client was ecstatic with the outcome: he got to keep his license, and because the case was dismissed, there is no conviction of any sort on his record as a result of this case.
