Modification of Parenting Time

OUTCOME: Court changed parenting time and made Father primary parent. Mother ordered to have supervised parenting time only.

Father had minimal parenting time due to Mother's decision to arbitrarily withhold Father's time. Mother engaged in alienating behavior and created a dangerous environment for the minor children.
