My boyfriend was railroaded. He told us to file for ARD which he knew we couldn't get, then as soon as we told him we couldn't get the money go to trial he basically washed his hands of us. There were so many discrepancies and technicalities that could have gotten the case thrown out but he woul...d not work any of them..
