I saw the previous bad reviews and have to say that was not my experience with Mr. Primerano. He traveled to my side of the state (I'm in Pittsburgh) and took care and time to understand my problems with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. He even lowered his fee to give me the dollar amount I wanted to settl...e WC. I couldn't have been happier.

Lack of care or a reasonable settlement, he gave up so he didn't have to go to court and told me this was the best I could do. I am now on SSDI and have had 2 Surgeries in my Neck in the last 3 years since the accident. I am disabled for the rest of my life. I received $30,000 and Primerano received $20.000. He gave up on trying to do better. Should have went to court.
