A.Z. was a registered sex offender that was charged with Attempted Armed Sexual Battery, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and False Imprisonment. The case was prosecuted in Broward County Flor ... ida. Despite my client's past criminal acts, I knew he was innocent. After thoroughly investigating the case and setting it up for trial, the prosecutors dismissed the case. I was able to show that my client was the victim of an attempt robbery and that the alleged victim was lying about everything. We rejected a probation offer in this matter.
