OUTCOME: Children became primary beneficiaries of their father's estate

The decedent, who was tricked and unduly influenced, executed a Will, removing their children as beneficiaries, and naming their caregiver in their place. I was able to challenge the validity of the W ... ill and have the original Will, in which the children were the named beneficiaries as the probated document.
