Permissive driver of an automobile was injured in an accident which he alleged resulted from the owners' negligent maintenance of the vehicle. We obtained a summary judgment determining that coverage ... for his claim was barred by the family / household exclusion. Although the plaintiff was not a resident of the insureds' household and was not related to any Class I insured, the exclusion applied by virtue of his status as a "permissive driver" insured. We successfully obtained a determination of no coverage which was later upheld on appeal. Supreme Court declined review.
