About Bret
Biography
After over 20 years of representing insurance companies, doctors and others who had been accused of wronging others, I wanted to do something new. I had represented these companies in just about every Pennsylvania court in the state and also in Federal Court. The work was challenging and educational, but something was missing. So I decided to represent actual people, every day folks with problems who needed an experienced lawyer, and I'm a happier person for it. And my clients now benefit from my long and diverse experience working for "the other side". I am familiar with how the insurance process works, from underwriting, to claim to possible litigation to resolution. I have been able to put that experience to work, helping clients with serious injuries, disputes with insurance companies, malpractice claims and other legal issues.
