OUTCOME: Default removed and Judgment for Def at trial

Debt collection case where Def. was unaware of a default judgment against her until she received a petition to attach wages. Moved to remove the default judgment and that was allowed and a trial date ... was set. Plaintiff dismissed attachment complaint. At trial, successfully argued that Defendant was never properly served and was not afforded the right to seek discovery as to the nature of the claim. Argued that there was a question as to the validity of the claim. Judgment was ordered in favor of the Defendant.
