Second Degree Assault charge.
OUTCOME: Negotiated resolution of the DUI with roll-over and refusal of the breath test reduced to Reckless Driving.

Underage college student stopped for speeding. Charged with minor in possession, possession of marijuana under 40 grams and a blood draw was done for DUI charge.
OUTCOME: Instead of the mandatory 60+ months in prison for his second felony DUI, through a negotiated resolution he received no jail, and monitoring for 1 year.
Five prior DUIs. This was his second Felony DUI, facing 60+ months in prison.
OUTCOME: .212 DUI reduced to Reckless Driving- No jail
DUI stopped for speeding 28 mph over limit. Poor field tests on video. BAC .212, .213.

OUTCOME: Both counts of 4th Degree Assault Domestic Violence Dismissed.
Charged with 2 counts of 4th Degree Assault Domestic Violence. I was able to negotiate against a No Contact Order which would have prevented him from returning home. The cases were both dismissed aft ... er a 6 month stipulated continuance. No guilty plea was ever entered. The client was able to proceed forward with his immigration attorney without the cases holding up the process.
OUTCOME: The 2(b) DUI was amended to Reckless Endangerment and the Hit and Run was dismissed.
Charged with hit and run and his 2nd DUI in 2 years and it was a refusal. I set the matter for trial and was able to resolve it after interviewing just a few of the City's witnesses. I won the Depart ... ment of Licensing hearing on both DUI cases and was able to resolve both cases without impacting his CDL license.
OUTCOME: Case dismissed at trial
