Non-profit wildlife center sued college student humorist seeking to enjoin and restrain his satirical website, HammondActionNews.com, from posting a "fake ... news" story about a giraffe. The case was covered by various news outlets online, on TV, and in print newspapers (e.g., USA Today, The American Bar Association Journal, CBS Channell 9, etc.). Mr. Layrisson represented the Defendant to protect his 1st Amendment right to free speech.
