Defending Paternity

We represented the LEGAL father of a child who is not the BIOLOGICAL father. Our client wanted to defend his right to be the child's father. This is the only father the child had ever known, but the ... mother now wanted to disclaim his paternity. The mother asked for a paternity test, which we objected to. The trial court granted the mother's request. We appealed and won.
