Case involved attempt to invalidate a second marriage after decedent passed away. Client was first wife of decedent and was never divorced when decedent married another woman without first having divo ... rced. Appeal court overturned trial court and ruled that marriage was null and void granting legal status to first wife and putative status to second wife and dividing property between the two wives.
