Melvin Hess

Mr. Hess is a very proactive lawyer that seeks resolution. He has been representing our organization for a number of years and recently he was asked to assist us with an issue that has cost us considerable monies to address a problem that we believe we inherited from the prior land owner. Mr. Hess ...attempted to resolve the matter without the need for litigation; however, the other parties were not willing to approach the issue with the same thought process. As we continue on this unfortunate path, Mr. Hess continues to provide guidance and counselling in an effort to protect our rights and to hopefully recover the costs we have spent and continue to spend.
