AFTER TALKING TO MANY LAWYERS WHO I COULD TELL REALLY DIDNT CARE I WAS REFFERRED TO WENDY FROM A FRIEND. AS SOON AS I SAT DOWN IN HER OFFICE I KNEW SHE WAS DIFFERENT. SHE ASKED ALL THE QUESTIONS THE OTHER LAWYERS DIDNT. I WAS ABLE TO CALL HER AT NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS WHEN MY WORRYING WAS OVERWHELMING S...HE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR ME. HER FIRST CONCERN WAS NEVER MONEY IT WAS ALAWAYS ABOUT GETTING CUSTODY OF MY KIDS. SHE FOUGHT THE FALSE PFA AGAINST ME AND WE DESTROYED MY EX AND THEIR FALSE ALLEGATIONS. SHE WAS A LION IN THE COURTROOM AND WE WON. WENDY CONTINUES TO KEEP IN TOUCH SHE REALLY DOES CARE. OTHER LAWYERS SHOULD TAKE LESSONS FROM WENDY SHE IS BEYOND EXCELLENT.

I was mistreated by too many lawyers who only wanted my money. They did not understand that I am a parent who loves and needs my children. After being pushed around by the courts and useless attorneys I gave up all hope of being a part of my childrens lives. A friend from church reccomended Wendy. Th...ey had told me she was different and would go above and beyond any other lawyer, I was not sure but I gave her a call. Being a mother herself she really does understand. She did not care about my money first she cared about me..She fought hard and we won. WE WON! Wendy charged me a fraction of what other lawyers did and she did so much more. When I had truly given up all hope I was led to Wendy and she truly is an ANGEL.

Mrs. Chan is a REMARKABLE attorney. She is hands down, the BEST attorney if you are a FATHER seeking more than the 18% of time most attorneys get men. She has a passion for Family Law that far exceeds the several other attorneys I have come across in this realm. Mrs. Chan's desires to get EQUAL cu...stody and promote Fathers being involved in their children's life unequivocally surpasses the most "experienced" attorneys in the field. She is honest, caring, trustworthy, and sincerely cares about building a family for your and your child(ren) even though you are going through the process of separation or divorce. I HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Chan, and as a matter of fact, can not think of anyone else in her league to recommend when it comes to Family Law matters. If you want to spend time with your child, you can't go wrong hiring her. She understands the importance of litigation, is always prepared for court, conducts herself professionally and will not sell you out behind closed doors as other attorneys have done to me. She is not afraid to challenge the "system" and relentlessly pursues custody of your child so that you can remain in your child's life and be there for them more than 1 night a week and every other weekend. If you do not have an attorney, HIRE her, and if you do have an attorney, FIRE the one you have and obtain her. I got burned by someone who claimed to be a "Father's Rights" attorney only to have Mrs. Chan clean up the mess I was left with. In all reality, if it weren't for her...my 20 month old daughter would be calling someone else "daddy."

Gave terrible advice for child custody I only hired her for short time. I lost all right to see my children from this lawyer her advice to a custody hearing fir me was not to come to hearing. I promptly fired her then and was going to go to bar association to report her. Terrible advice for someone w...ho is a lawyer. Stay clear of her if you want good results!!!
