Additional to the general area of criminal defense, I have done many DUI cases in particular, including obtaining ARD for my client, negotiating a plea bargain, arguing suppression motions, and representing the defendant in a jury trial.

Pennsylvania law has expanded the types of cases that can now qualify for an expungement or a sealed record from what it was historically. For that reason I do more of these cases at this time than in previous years.

As my private practice has grown, and clients for whom I prepared a will have passed, this area has grown in recent years. I assist the executor or administrator with handling the estate of the family member who has passed.

I have prepared, and ensured the proper execution of, a great many wills at this point in my career. I make every effort to make sure the wishes of the testator are properly and accurately set forth in the will.
