100% satisfied

I was more than pleased with Mr. Stout. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get me out of jail. He was willing to work with my boyfriend in my absence, and had almost no time to prepare because I hired him just days before my court date. Upon my release he contacted me immediately to check o...n me, and for me that speaks volumes as to his dedication. I would highly reccomend Ray.

The Best Lawyer To Have Standing By Your Side

I have never been in any serious trouble until December when I was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver - my public defender had me convinced that he could get the charges lowered, possibly even dropped - so i trusted him. Needless to say I lost my Supression hearing and Trial in May. I was... devastated as I was now looking at 9 months in the County. I contacted Ray as I have previous conversations with him about a friends case to see if my mother and I could sit down and talk to him about my case. At this point there was no deal to be made, no sit downs with anyone - i was found guilty, ordered a PSI, and due to be sentenced within 90 days. My mother and I sat down with him and decided the next day to hire him for sentencing. It was a long and emotional two months but having him on my side made the process a lot easier. Ray is not your average lawyer, he would contact me just to see if I was okay - he had many conversations with my mom and he tried to ease our minds as much as he could; however, he did not sugarcoat anything. He explained the entire process from beginning to end in detail and he was there every step of the way. He told me i could possibly due time but encouraged me to remain positive and to continue doing the things that i was doing to prove that my charges were not who i was as a person. Standing before the judge this morning my nerves we all over the place but i felt better having him by my side. He spoke about my accomplishments and my struggles through my life - he did and said everything i believe a lawyer should speak of in regards to their client. With Ray by my side I am now on 5 years probation, but will not be sitting in jail for even a day. I recommend him to anyone facing criminal charges and i know that you will not be disappointed!! I cannot thank you enough for the encouragement and all that you did to prepare my family and I for this day! Without you i would not be home with my daughter right now - THANK YOU!!

When in need!

Ray was there for me the same day my wife made contact, and was there to see the process through to the end. He posesses the knowledge, experience and has the relationships with all parties involved to get you through the trouble you may find yourself in today. He's there today and will help you ge...t to your tomorrow. Thanks Ray for getting me home to my family!!!!

Look no further and hire this man

This attorney is highly recommendable. He responded to every phone call email and text message within 24 hours most of the time within 1 hour. He was very personable and was willing to meet anywhere that was easy for me. He was very straightforward upfront and honest about my case my situation and th...e possibilities. He did not sugarcoat anything to make me feel better only gave the truth. Showed up to my hearing only to find out everything was already taken care of all to my benefit. I was facing up to five years imprisonment and ended up with only a disorderly conduct charge. Could not have asked for anything better or ask for a better lawyer. To make everything even better prices were more reasonable than anyone else I talk to. Again I would recommend attorney Stout to any and everyone.
