Raymond Ellsworth Stout III

Attorney doesn't answer phone calls or return them. He only communicates via text message when convenient for himself. He does NOT go into the prison to speak with all his clients. My boyfriends been in for almost 4 months and he has only seen this horrible attorney ONE time!!!!! I do NOT reccomend t...his poor excuse of an attorney for anyone!

My son was in Lancaster county jail on a detainer i hired a lawyer from Harrisburg because that where i live at but he did absolutely nothing for him let him sit in jail for 6 months i hired Raymond Stout and my son was released in 3 days i would recommend him to anyone that needs a lawyer he called ...or text me everyday to keep me informed about my son case thank you so much

Mr. Stout was by far the best attorney we have ever had! Other attorney's we had in the past were always so difficult to get in touch with or didn't return phone calls. I never had a problem getting in touch with Raymond which was such a relief while my boyfriend was incarcerated! I always had a resp...onse within an hour, day or night. I contacted Mr. Stout's office on a Thursday evening and he was at Lancaster County Prison to see my boyfriend the very next day! He always kept his word and followed through with what he says he will/promises to do! He was very straight forward from the beginning of what could happen. Raymond reassured both my boyfriend & I he would do everything he possibly could to help him. I am beyond happy with the outcome of this situation and have absolutely no regrets choosing Mr. Stout as our attorney! I highly recommend Attorney Raymond Stout!

Unfortunatly, I had the experience of getting into trouble in Lancaster County. I was refered to Ray by a friend. I shopped around for an attorney, and had past experiences with a couple of Lancaster Attorneys. It has been my experience with Ray that his prices were considerable lower than other a...ttorneys that I had work with in the past. He is also competent and has a memory like an elephant. Example.....When it came time for me to speak to the judge I had everything prepared, but at the time I was nervious and unable to regurgitate the information to the judge. Ray immediately noticed and took over and explained everything to the judge that I had told him and more. I had used his services 5 times within the last three years. Everytime I recieved what I was expecting and in most cases, better. Better yet, I truely believe that he cares, and he does. That means a lot to me.

Out of the various attorneys I've dealt with for my grandson, Raymond Stout is definitely the BEST. My grandson has been in and out of county prison on PVs. He was headed for State prison, but because of Mr. Stout's knowledge, personality and compassion, my grandson is getting the help he needs. N...o other attorney ever tried to get him help. All they cared about was their fees. Mr Stout is very very reasonable and would work with his client. In fact, I offered to give him additional money for all the extra times he spent answering my calls, text messaging me and also emailing me, but he refused. Now that's what I call a real human being that cares and wants to help his clients. I look at him as a friend. He doesn't look down on his clients like other attorneys do. He spent time just shooting the breeze with me on the phone. When my grandson would call me feeling stressed, Mr Stout would go visit him just to talk and reassure him that he will do everything possible to help him. He did this numerous times, If you need an attorney, I highly recommend Raymond Stout. You won't regret it.
