Raymond Ellsworth Stout III

I had two consultations with other lawyers before Mr. Stout. Both of which left me with feeling nothing but hopeless and scared. I found Mr. Stout by chance and he gave me hope again. Unlike my first 2 consultations, he listened to everything I wanted to say. Not just about my case, but also how I fe...lt. He didn't talk down to me, he never made me feel hopeless and (most importantly) he delivered, even when things didn't go our way. Was picked up on a detainer, and looking at 4-6 weeks before my court date and about 5-6 months because of what my p.o. wanted to do (go to some halfway house for no good reason). With very little time to prepare Raymond got a 4-10 year state sentence down to 6 months and mental health treatment!! Kept in contact early morning or late evening. Whenever. No 9-5 only and always him not an assistant very easy to talk to and genuinely cares about his clients great guy and awe...some lawyer!!!!

I was looking at 9 monthes to possibly a year on my third violation which I thought was only my second one at the time but because of being violated on my fines and costs prior this last time, It was considered my third PV, so finding that out last minute..within days of my court date it made me extr...emely nervous and very stressed out, but after having my free consultation with Raymond right there at the prison I was in and by totally going over my case with him...he gave me my possibilities within reason and to follow up on my decision well let's just say, I hired him on the spot right then and there..so the day of my court hearing I was alittle skeptical but mainly because the anxiety was just so unbearable, well i should of gave him more the benefit then of the doubt because he was fantastic! Attorney doesn't answer phone calls or return them. He only communicates via text message when convenient for himself. He does NOT go into the prison to speak with all his clients. My boyfriends been in for almost 4 months and he has only seen this horrible attorney ONE time!!!!! I do NOT reccomend t...his poor excuse of an attorney for anyone!
