I started off hiring a big name more expensive lawyer and was so unhappy. Someone had told me about Raymond and i decided to call him and could not be happier that i did. Raymond did exactly what was needed. Stayed in touch with us during the whole case. Hes very straight forward with you and what he... expects the results to be. He treated me and my fiance like regular people and not like he was better than us like alot of the criminal lawyers in lancaster treat people. He worked with us on payments which really helped out alot. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a criminal defense lawyer!!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From start to finish Mr. Stout was excellent. My boyfriend was taken in on a PV and I was quite lost, so I gave Attorney Stout a call and he got back to me very quickly! He did not hesitate to get all of the information for me and acted fast. Several years ago, our son landed himself in a world of trouble as a juvenile. Ray was recommended to me as I was in some legal trouble. Ray went above and beyond to make sure I had everything dismissed and he did just that! From texting him and he returns my text within minutes, to explaining everything in detail (to the point where I could understand it since I have never bee...n in this situation before), and for doing everything he could to help me and my wife put this in our past and move on with our lives.
