About a week ago I found myself in need of a lawyer for the first time in my life.Needless to say I was terrified,confused and at a loss.A friend of mine recommended Mr.Stoudt and he was an absolute blessing.He came to my Location to see me ,reassured me and made me feel at ease even though I probabl...y didn't show I was relieved.Not only was he my council but I could tell he actually loves what he does and is not about bullshitting you around,he genuinely cares and wants to help.My first time needing a lawyer was not what I expected it was far better then I expected.Not only would I use him again if I needed counsel but our family also gained a friend.Sometimes that's just as if not more important then counsel when you are scared,confused and feel hopeless.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I was looking at 9 monthes to possibly a year on my third violation which I thought was only my second one at the time but because of being violated on my fines and costs prior this last time, It was considered my third PV, so finding that out last minute..within days of my court date it made me extr...emely nervous and very stressed out, but after having my free consultation with Raymond right there at the prison I was in and by totally going over my case with him...he gave me my possibilities within reason and to follow up on my decision well let's just say, I hired him on the spot right then and there..so the day of my court hearing I was alittle skeptical but mainly because the anxiety was just so unbearable, well i should of gave him more the benefit then of the doubt because he was fantastic! I was only alittle less then 2 monthes imprisoned by that point, also didn't help that my probation officer had recommended 9 monthes jail time to the judge, and the Judge for my overall sentencing was Sir Honorable Judge Knisley...not before red flagging me he sentenced me to a total of 4 months in prison upon early release when I complete the full 2-1 program and so with all that being said, I would highly suggest hiring Attorney Mr. Raymond E. Attorney doesn't answer phone calls or return them. He only communicates via text message when convenient for himself. He does NOT go into the prison to speak with all his clients. My boyfriends been in for almost 4 months and he has only seen this horrible attorney ONE time!!!!! I do NOT reccomend t...his poor excuse of an attorney for anyone!

Mr. Stout was by far the best attorney we have ever had! Other attorney's we had in the past were always so difficult to get in touch with or didn't return phone calls. I never had a problem getting in touch with Raymond which was such a relief while my boyfriend was incarcerated! I always had a resp...onse within an hour, day or night. I contacted Mr. Stout's office on a Thursday evening and he was at Lancaster County Prison to see my boyfriend the very next day! He always kept his word and followed through with what he says he will/promises to do! He was very straight forward from the beginning of what could happen. Raymond reassured both my boyfriend & I he would do everything he possibly could to help him. Out of the various attorneys I've dealt with for my grandson, Raymond Stout is definitely the BEST. My grandson has been in and out of county prison on PVs. He was headed for State prison, but because of Mr. Stout's knowledge, personality and compassion, my grandson is getting the help he needs. N...o other attorney ever tried to get him help. All they cared about was their fees. Mr Stout is very very reasonable and would work with his client. In fact, I offered to give him additional money for all the extra times he spent answering my calls, text messaging me and also emailing me, but he refused. Now that's what I call a real human being that cares and wants to help his clients. I look at him as a friend. He doesn't look down on his clients like other attorneys do. He spent time just shooting the breeze with me on the phone. When my grandson would call me feeling stressed, Mr Stout would go visit him just to talk and reassure him that he will do everything possible to help him.
