Raymond Stout is by far the BEST attorney I've ever had! When my boyfriend was first detained for a probation violation I immediately contacted Attorney Stout for help. Unsure and nervous about what my boyfriends sentence could be, Ray was completely honest about all the possibilities. Ray was there ...to answer all of our questions throughout the entire process and reassure us he would do everything he could to help. Ray made sure to stay in contact with me and also took the time to check in to make sure I was doing okay during the whole process. He genuinely cares about all of his clients. Attorney doesn't answer phone calls or return them. He only communicates via text message when convenient for himself. He does NOT go into the prison to speak with all his clients. My boyfriends been in for almost 4 months and he has only seen this horrible attorney ONE time!!!!! I do NOT reccomend t...his poor excuse of an attorney for anyone!

Mr. Stout was by far the best attorney we have ever had! Other attorney's we had in the past were always so difficult to get in touch with or didn't return phone calls. I never had a problem getting in touch with Raymond which was such a relief while my boyfriend was incarcerated! I always had a resp...onse within an hour, day or night. I contacted Mr. Stout's office on a Thursday evening and he was at Lancaster County Prison to see my boyfriend the very next day! He always kept his word and followed through with what he says he will/promises to do! He was very straight forward from the beginning of what could happen. Raymond was hired for my friend that is in Lancaster County Prison. Her boyfriend and I got a hold of Ray and made an appointment to see him. After the initial consultation we kept in daily contact. Yes Ray uses text, however, you can't make a phone call from court. I appreciated the fact that we cou...ld stay in contact with how things were going and what was happening. I would recommend Ray for any type of criminal law you need. He got the charges to be accepted for time served.
