Paula Katchmer

     I have over 35 years experience in the practice of family law including advising and representing clients in simple and complex divorce proceedings involving equitable distribution of property and claims for alimony, custody actions, child and spousal support proceedings, Protection from Abuse matters representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Children and Youth matters and in adoptions.  These cases have either been resolved through negotiation and agreement or, if necessary, litigation. 

     My experience includes having served as a Special Divorce Master for the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.  As a Special Divorce Master, I presided over divorce hearings deciding issues of property distribution and alimony.

      My goal is to explain the law as it pertains to my client's matters and to address the individual circumstances presented to me as each case is unique to the client.
