I found Michael through a friend recommendation after a not so great experience with another Lancaster County attorney. She had basically run my case in to the ground. Michael took my case and straightened out what needed to be fixed and took my custody situation from a shared custody position to me ...having primary custody which put my child back in a safe situation. The best thing about Attorney Marinaro is he is always gives you realistic information and does not make false promises. Another thing to mention is that I felt that he had a personal interest in my case and the safety of my child. In the courtroom, he is always respectful but gets his point across. He also helps keep his client calm and composed. I highly recommend!

My fiance and I hired Michael V Marinaro back in May of 2018. Not only were his paralegals who answer the phone extremely unprofessional and rude but Michael Marinaro had until October 2018 to communicate on both cases and he did not do so . He does not return phone calls. He did not show up for one ...of my preliminary hearings and sent somebody in who isn't even part of his firm and did not show up to my fiance's pre-trial conference and yes he hired him and did not keep us informed about anything that i we were concerned about I had no idea what was going on until 20 minutes before my hearing my family and I are very upset and disappointed and how he handled both cases and would not recommend him.
