also known as Kevin C. Allen, Esq.
Born and raised in Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania, I attended Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1980. After becoming licensed in Pennsylvania, I worked initially as a physical therapist and then as the Assistant Chief Therapist at Metropolitan Hospital in Philadelphia. My experiences as a physical therapist give me a unique insight into the complexities of bodily injury claims.
In 1984 I enrolled in Temple Law School’s evening program while working full time as a physical therapist. While at Temple Law I volunteered with the Food Stamp Action Project, a program that operated in conjunction with Community Legal Services in Philadelphia to advocate for impoverished families.

Clear and Present
I truly can not say enough about Mr. Allen. I was given a clear and honest evaluation of my situation, with realistic expectations concerning the outcome of the case. In one of the hardest periods of my life, it made all the difference in the world to have a person that was willing to listen and not ...

HORRIBLE
Went to see Kevin for a consultation about my unemployment appeal. Drove 30 min. to see him and got only disrespect. Wanted to get up and leave. Very biased attorney. He didn't like my situation and said it was unacceptable for what I did. Lawyers are suppose to LISTEN and not get their emotions...

Worker Comp Case
Kevin gave me clear concise guidance. His advice and understanding of the complexity of Comp Law aided me greatly during multiple courtroom visits.
"I endorse this lawyer. Kevin is my friend and former partner. He is exceptionally well qualified to represent clients in civil rights matters, as well as personal injury, workers' compensation, and Social Security disability claims as well. He's a compassionate advocate for his clients, thorough, well prepared, and detail oriented. I had the pleasure of working with him for about 10 years. I can recommend him without reservation."
"I have referred clients to Kevin and will continue to do so. Kevin has successfully handled civil rights cases I referred to him. Originally trained as a physical therapist, he has great insight and compassion for people in personal injury and workers comp cases"
