After it's all said and done, our experience with Attorney Pfursich was very good. During the trial his manner was cool, calm, collected, and confident. He treats people with respect and was never flustered or stumped. His preparation in the days directly preceding the trial was stellar. It was o...bvious that he spent many hours preparing and the result was that he knew the details of the case thoroughly. The only critique we'd have would be that Attorney Pfursich was rather uncommunicative in the year or so that we were waiting for the trial date. This was a true crisis that our family was facing and had never been through any of this before. We were left wondering what was going on until pretty much the last 2 weeks before the trial. A sentence or two in an email from the paralegal or the attorney himself would have been sufficient to reassure us that the time for preparing was coming. That being said, we understand why the prep time was postponed until the very end. And we have heard that that is very typical of lawyers in general. Most of the prep work has to be done directly before the trial so that it is fresh in mind, and the dedication Attorney Pfursich showed at the very end was excellent and reassuring. We would recommend this attorney and this firm.

Additionally, Attorney Pfursich was attentive to keeping us updated after the trial. This information helped greatly in our process of healing from this intense and hurtful experience. We did not expect that he would continue to be in touch with us after the trial ended, but he kept us updated on c...ertain elements of the trial and aftermath.
