Hired Dell for a real estate matter. He did not communcate, painted a very optimistic outcome and underestimated the true costs of the case. When questioned about the fees, he terminated his services and later sued me for the balance on a bill. When I filed counterclaims to justify my demand for a ...refund of my retainer, he filed a $50,000 defemation suit against me based on what I had said in the pleadings. His counterclaim to counterclaim was dismissed by a judicial order with prejudice. In my opinion Dell is unprofessional and a bully.
