Shaun J. Mumford

Shaun is an experienced attorney concentrating his practice in health care litigation matters, including the defense of medical professional negligence claims. A mechanical engineer by training, he brings a detail oriented focus to each case. He has successfully defended hospitals, health systems, physician practices and medical professionals at both trials and arbitrations throughout Pennsylvania.

Prior to obtaining his law degree, Shaun received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Delaware and thereafter completed his examination to become a certified engineer intern.    He later obtained his law degree from Villanova University.

After completing law school, Shaun served a one year term as law clerk for the Honorable John C. Uhler, who was the President Judge of the York County Court of Common Pleas.  Following this clerkship, he gained experience with a law firm based in Camp Hill where a significant portion of his practice included the representation of health care professionals.
