Biography
I lead Saxton & Stump’s Public Finance Group and am also a member of the Education and Trusts and Estates groups. I regularly advise families through all aspects of estate and gift planning and help them with the development, implementation and administration of comprehensive estate planning. I am a member and past chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of Lancaster Bar Association. I also practice extensively in the area of public finance representing school districts, municipalities and others in the issuance of debt. I am a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers. I also advise school districts on various policy and contract matters.
