I lead Saxton & Stump's Banking and Financial Services group. I represent lenders, mortgage servicers, debt buyers and collectors, and other financial services companies in consumer protection, account servicing, foreclosure, and fraud lawsuits. I also provide strategic analysis of financial services companies' compliance with federal and state consumer protection laws, including the TCPA, FCRA, and FDCPA.
I am also a member of Saxton & Stump's Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, and Business and Corporate Law groups, where I represent businesses and individuals in contract and fiduciary duty disputes, and represent both landlords and tenants in lease and eviction disputes.
