Kamron William Abedi

I focus my practice in business and corporate law. I assist clients with business formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, reorganizations and transitions for businesses ranging from startups to large family-owned businesses and middle-market companies. I prepare corporate and commercial agreements such as asset/stock purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholders’ agreements, escrow agreements, lease agreements and distribution/supply agreements.

Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, I worked at a Reading-based regional law firm as an associate focusing on corporate, finance and capital markets law. I served as a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Department of State, where I conducted legal research for the Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations, the Bureau of Elections, the State Athletic Commission and the Division of Notaries and Commissions. During my time there, I participated in a series of meetings with the Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations to discuss the viability of a new statutory scheme, including the relevant political and legal considerations.
