Harlan William Glasser

Harlan Glasser is shareholder in the firm’s Labor and Employment Group, Investigations and Criminal Defense Group and Healthcare Litigation Group. After working with Saxton & Stump from 2015 to 2020, Harlan rejoined the firm in 2023 after spending three years as an assistant U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Harlan’s practice focuses on working closely with clients to develop risk mitigation strategies and represent his client’s interests in complex litigation.

Harlan advises employers on compliance with the complicated array of federal and state employment laws. He reviews and revises workplace policies and employment agreements and works closely with companies to assist them with terminations, disciplinary actions and internal investigations. He has experience representing employers before government agencies and litigating cases in both state and federal courts involving allegations of unlawful employment practices arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Whistleblower Protection Act and wage and hour cases. Harlan also has litigated trade secret, noncompete, and confidentiality matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants and has defended class and collective actions.
