Denean M. Russo

Denean M. Russo, Esq. focuses her practice in the Business and Corporate, Real Estate and Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights groups. Denean has more than 25 years of experience encompassing various areas including commercial loan workouts and foreclosure proceedings, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder buyouts and redemptions, commercial loan documentation, commercial leases, bankruptcy proceedings and general litigation matters.

Denean assists clients with business transactions, prepares entity formation documents and commercial purchase and sale agreements. She has experience representing banking institutions in commercial loan transactions by preparing loan documents, advising on due diligence and drafting amendments/modifications to loan agreements. Denean also assists with matters relating to bankruptcy proceedings and bankruptcy litigation.

Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, she was an attorney in the business and creditor’s rights group for a Hersheybased firm. She also spent 18 years as an attorney with a complex business litigation and creditor’s rights firm based in Providence, RI. Most recently, Denean was in private practice focusing on business and corporate-related matters.
