Cody Lee Kauffman

I am currently an Associate with Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding where I primarily focus on defending complex commercial, construction, product and general liability cases from inception through trial by managing all aspects including investigation, pleadings, and discovery.

Prior to my current position, I served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Lancaster County Office of the Public Defender where I handled various criminal defense matters through all stages of the criminal court process, as well as, appellate practice.  I also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Dennis E. Reinaker, President Judge of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.  In this capacity, I oversee Judge Reinaker's criminal appeals, as well as handle petitions for Post-Conviction Collateral Relief pursuant to the Post-Conviction Relief Act ("PCRA").
